The goal of physical education at the Torah School is to get our children up and moving. As soon as they walk into the gym, they are on the run! Of course, in order to keep our youngsters energized, the activities have to be fun. We alternate gym activities every three to four weeks so that the students can really begin to understand each sport and see improvement by practicing skills needed for each game. In addition to encouraging our students to enjoy exercise (a lifetime benefit!), gym is an opportunity to learn team skills and good sportsmanship.
